Aluminum Slat Expander This Slat Expander is used to remove wrinkles on coating machines. These are available in any length and standard size of diameter 6". On specific requirements of our esteemed clients we manufacture these Expander in various diameter as well. Normally a plain surface is provided but for some specific requirements serration is provided on surface for proper gripping. These are very user friendly and with ball bearing type cam mechanism one can avail a noise free working. Normal expansion is 25mm. These are available in sizes of diameters 6 inches, 8inches, 12 inches and in working width. Our product is suitable for slow speed machines like coating cloth coating machines, flat bed printing machines, artificial leather cloth before Batching machine etc.The Roll is fitted with cam mechanism fitted with on bearings with left & Right slats from center. For longer width three slats are fitted and middle slats are fixed to avoid V shaped wrinkle-removing action. These are available with foot mounting pedestals.
